They might get hungry enroute.
Sometimes they break the bottles of sauce on purpose, I think, so they can use it on their hot dogs at lunch break.
Anyway, when or if that occurs, then you can bet you'll be the first to know, and then you'll let me know. But, grip the shippers out first and not me- -please.
Report any damages to the carrier right away- -first. If they won't do anything, then just tell me or email me, or something, and I'll send a replacement free on me, even though you paid for it - because, I have to pay this time, so that makes your second bottle free.
Therefore, it's kind of like getting another one free.
As far as guaranteeing my product. I do.
It's guaranteed to BE good tastin' and mildly hot to hot, and full of a bunch of good chunks of great stuff for you. I don't burp much after soaking or dippin' my food with it either, like some of them, sssshhhh! other bbq sauces.
That's what I'll guaraunnn...teeees.
Money back? No way, Hosea.
. . .unless you plead and beg and yell at me and all that stuff. Then I'll think about it. No, just send me a note, and. . .
Of course yooou can have your money back!
Money just isn't as important as good friends in these backhills parts of North Idaho. We do have "gold" in them thar' hills, you know- -somewhere. Couldn't find it though, so I had to make my own - that is, all this drippin' good, gourmet, Backhills Barbecue Sauce your hearing about.
So, back to giving folks their money back if they aren't completely satisfied, why not also extend the same hospitality to all of my online barbecue sauce buyers, too!
Now, you folks don't take advantage of my good nature. The hounds out back are real loyal to me. . .anyways, you get the idea.
Hence, you can bet we'll do anything we can (almost) to please you! even give a little money back, or replace broken-product bottles (even though we peanut-pack them with those funny styrofoam things that stick to your hands real good).
Shipping weight of 14-ounce bottles is 1.67 pounds, and of 19-ounce bottles it is 2.5 pounds. Cases, of each size, weigh 10# to 10.02# each. Therefore, each case costs $12 to ship.
Thus, after the first few bottle-combinations (14-ounce or 19-ounce), the shipping is a flat $12 per case. Shipping rates, after the first few bottles, have to go up to the per-case price to cover the cost.
Shipping less bottles actually costs me more than shipping more bottles, so I'll lose a few dollars (to make the products more affordable and available) just so you will be more apt to try it.
Later, I'd like to add some "Try It" sizes, but for now this is it, folks, until more flavors of our sauce become proved and marketed.
The shipping rates above, for varied quantities, are the lowest possible.
We figured everything to da' nubbins!
Hence, again, better rates are realized when you purchase by the case.
Well, that's all there is to know about our Guarantee and Shipping Policy and Rates. So, good Barbecuins with our thick-pouring, dripping good, gourmet, Backhills Barbecue Sauces,
Troy
